Extensive research consistently demonstrates that having a diverse range of voices in leadership positions has a positive impact on overall organizational success. However, the current pace of progress suggests that it will take a staggering 132 years to achieve gender parity. Do you want to learn how to make a difference? In this cohort, our aim is not only to explore and learn how to be allies for women but also for all marginalized individuals.
