Join the exclusive women’s leadership training program! This is your chance to delve into the transformative world of empathetic, compassionate, and inclusive leadership culture. Led by seasoned experts, our program offers invaluable insights and practical strategies tailored to empower women leaders like you.
Divided into ten learning modules, each session will focus on one of ATHENA International’s eight principles and will be led by an ATHENA Certified Facilitator. Please allow approximately 2 hours each week for reflection, learning, and preparation for our live sessions together.

Registration Steps

- Use these credentials to obtain access to group and course materials.
- Register for Your Cohort
- Click on the provided link specific to your Erie cohort.
- Complete the registration process for your cohort.
- After registering, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
- A link to complete your Predictive Index Behavior Self-Assessment will be included.
- A link to access your group and course materials. Note: access to materials may take a few days to be granted.
