This 6‑month leadership experience begins October 22, built to support women ready to step into their next leadership chapter with strength, clarity, and impact.

Join the October exclusive women’s leadership training program and become the leader only you can be. This is your chance to delve into the transformative world of empathetic, compassionate, and inclusive leadership culture. Led by seasoned experts, our program offers invaluable insights and practical strategies tailored to empower women leaders like you.

Divided into ten learning modules, each session will focus on one of ATHENA International’s eight principles and will be led by an ATHENA Certified Facilitator. Please allow approximately 2 hours each week for reflection, learning, and preparation for our live sessions together.

Registration Steps

1. Go to the registration page. Click here to open the ATHENA registration page.
2. Add your ticket and fill out the intake form.
   • Click the orange “Register” button.
   • Fill out the demographics form and click the orange button again.
   • Open your cart (bottom right corner) and click Checkout.
3. Review your cart. Make sure there is only one ticket, then click Checkout again.
4. Enter your information. Add your email address, type in your promo code if you have one, and enter your billing information. You can also opt in for ATHENA updates.
5. Complete your registration. Click “Purchase” to finish. Creating an account is optional and lets you see your purchase history.

What to expect next: Right away, you’ll receive an order confirmation from ATHENA International and a Next Steps email from the ATHENA coordinator. Follow the Next Steps email to join the ATHENA Network on Mighty Networks, where your course materials and your connection with your cohort begin.

We’ll gather at the historic Athenaeum Hotel on the grounds of Chautauqua Institution — a place known for reflection, learning, and thoughtful conversation for over a century. Imagine:
